Pasgianos takes health and safety issues seriously and is committed to protecting the health and safety of its employed persons and those affected by its business activities and attending its premises. Thus, relevant measures are applied to all departments in order to ensure a safe working environment across the company.

Achieving a healthy and safe workplace is a collective task shared between the company and its employed persons. The organizational Health and Safety policy applies to all, irrespective of seniority, tenure, and working hours. It is applicable on all EPs, directors, managers, officers, consultants and contractors, casual agency staff, trainees as well as volunteers.

The primary objective of the Health and Safety policy is to prevent or reduce work-related accidents and occupational diseases.

This policy is based on the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Labour Office Regulations), which requires the employer to provide and maintain as far as possible a reasonable and practical work environment that is safe and without risk to the health of EPs.

In this respect, the Ministry of Health has awarded Pasgianos Food and Beverages a Certificate of Appreciation as being one of the best industrial companies within Khartoum State applying the Health & Safety Standard to its employed persons and on its business processes.
