In a continuous belief in the growth of the young Nation of South Sudan, we started the works of phase 2 of our real estate development project in Juba Town.  MARY, our second residential building, will have 30 fully furnished and serviced units. It comes as a natural expansion of phase 1, with ALICE building, our flagship, which has 41 residential units, has been fully occupied since the date of inauguration, back in early 2015.

A pool, large gym, big secured parking space and the best possible security features, will be part of what we will provide our tenants with MARY is expected to be fully operational by Q4 of 2019.
