As I mark six years as Chairman of the Haggar Group, I reflect with pride on our enduring legacy and the bold steps we’ve taken to transform and grow. Since 1904, our Group has stood for resilience, integrity, and entrepreneurial spirit — qualities that remain at the heart of who we are today.
Over the past six years, we have faced unprecedented challenges, particularly in our core market of Sudan. Yet, these moments have revealed our strength and agility. We have not only adapted — we have expanded, diversified, and repositioned the Group to deepen our impact across six strategic sectors in Africa.
Our current focus, Agri-tech, agro-allied industries, clean energy, and digital infrastructure, reflects our belief that business must be a driver of inclusive growth and long-term sustainability. We see every investment as an opportunity to empower local entrepreneurs, create jobs, and support food security and climate resilience in the communities we serve.

About Us
Haggar DMCC is the regional headquarters of Haggar Group, a legacy African enterprise established in Sudan in 1904. The Group has a long and highly respected history in Sudan and across Africa, with a track record of generating attractive returns across a wide range of sectors. Today, Haggar operates in 6 sectors across 3 countries, with a growing focus on building a trusted, relationship-driven platform that empowers African entrepreneurs and family businesses, strengthens SMEs, and fosters meaningful growth across the continent.
Since 2011, Haggar Group has undertaken a strategy of regional expansion and diversification, staying true to its values while evolving to meet the needs of a changing Africa. The Dubai-based headquarters was established in 2013 to support investments across Africa, backed by the Haggar family, whose deep roots on the continent span more than 120 years.
